Software - Convert File Encoding
This console application is used to convert text files from one encoding (e.g. windows-1252) to another (e.g. utf-8). Run the executable without any parameters to get a usage screen.
This tool is written in C# and requires the Microsoft® .NET Framework v2.0 to run.
